The surroundings
The official name is Sant Joan de Labritja but for many this quiet town is better known as just Sant Juan. It is relatively quiet and there is still the authentic Ibiza feeling. There are no discotheques or busy nightlife here, which makes this place particularly suitable for families. In addition, it is also the perfect location if you are looking for more peace and quiet and want to fully enjoy nature and culture. Nearby, the northernmost town of Ibiza called Portinaix is only a fifteen minute drive away and you can reach a beautiful beach in just two minutes. As mentioned, Sant Juan is not very big, but there is plenty to do. There are several nice restaurants for a delicious dinner and also nice places to have an extensive lunch. Finally, there is a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops and there is even a (hippie) market that attracts a large crowd every Sunday. In short, a perfect mix of tranquility and bustle.
The villa
This beautiful house is located in the middle of a large piece of land of over 7000 m² plot, in the countryside of Ibiza. The house is crystal clear white and has all the features that an original Spanish finca also possesses. The exterior view is modern and authentic at the same time and also exudes luxury due to various aspects. In total, this property facilitates four bedrooms with four adjoining bathrooms. Upon entering you will be amazed by the spaciousness that you can immediately feel. You will immediately see that the living room flows flawlessly into the dining and relaxing area. It is one large, open space with an enormous amount of light. There is a substantial sofa that can easily accommodate six people. In addition, there is a massive, wooden dining table with regal white chairs around it. This is not the only table, by the way. A little further, adjacent to one of the bedrooms, is another table that could also function as a dining table. The walls are stark white and contrast well with the black steel doors that take you outside. The four bedrooms are all decorated in the same style; sleek, modern, white and cosy. These rooms also have sufficient natural light entering the rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a well-functioning air conditioning for the high season. For the winter there is underfloor heating The bathroom is separated by two walls, but is not a completely separate room. A perfect combination of being open but with enough privacy. The bathroom has two separate sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. For the shower, beautiful use has been made of a combination of natural stone on the floor and chic anthracite walls. You can step outside through the sliding doors, where a lovely, free-standing bath has also been placed to completely relax outside in peace. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and looks rural and modern at the same time. Due to the wooden cabinets in combination with the sleekly finished workbenches, the kitchen is really the showpiece of the inside of the house. In addition, the well-equipped kitchen facilitates a wine fridge so that you can always enjoy the wines at the perfect temperature. In addition, in the middle of the kitchen is a beautiful wooden, high table that can be used for various purposes. Finally, there is a spacious room that can serve as an extra relaxation area. There is again a lovely sofa, futile, table and even an extra (side) kitchen with adjoining bar.
The outdoor spaces
The outdoor area of this beautiful villa is certainly not inferior to the house itself. From the fantastic swimming pool you can look out over the rural part of Ibiza. The basin is surrounded by luxurious sunbeds where you can completely relax after taking a cooling dip. If you wish, the parasol can offer an opportunity to facilitate some shade. The garden is full of palm trees, orange trees and different colored bougainvillea trees. There is a large balcony (accessible from the bedrooms) which is equipped with two lovely garden furniture. Here you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while being amazed by the endless view. At least as stunning is the regal outdoor kitchen. Again, it is fully equipped so that you can also prepare and serve the most beautiful dishes outdoors. There are several tables so you can choose where to sit for the consumption of refreshments. The atmosphere outside is a mix of Ibiza with a bit of Boho. The outdoor kitchen is covered by a beautiful construction of wooden beams covered with original palm leaves. Finally, a small gym has been built outside and there is parking space for parking various cars.
