The environment
Sant Jordi is a village with restaurants, supermarkets, and good roads. The airport is close by, just like Salinas, Playa D'En Bossa, and the location to Ibiza Town is also favorable.

The villa
Charming Ibizan finca over 300 years old. The house has been recently renovated while retaining classic elements, such as the beamed ceilings of juniper wood. Thanks to the meter-thick walls, the villa stays cool. The residence consists of the main building and an apartment of 100 square meters with its entrance. In total, there are six bedrooms. You will find five suites in the main house, and they all have an en-suite bathroom. The studio facilitates the sixth bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is spacious, and there is a dining room with a fireplace and traditional oven.

The outdoor spaces
The plot is spacious, and here you will find several terraces and a large swimming pool. There is also a characteristic outbuilding in a round shape. There is ample storage space and a barbecue.
