. The surroundings
The modern villa is about a 7 minute drive from the airport. In addition to the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the 'heart' of Ibiza, the many exclusive beaches are only minutes away. The always cosy Cala Jondal is a 15 minute drive and the beautiful white beaches on the west coast are about 20 minutes away. Would you like to spend a day on the water? Then the port of Marina Botafoch is only a few minutes away.

Also a few minutes drive away is Sant Jordi, where you will find many supermarkets and the largest padel centre on the island: Club de Campo.
The villa
In one of Ibiza’s most desirable locations, the construction of this beautiful villa is in full swing. From the Marina Botafoch harbour, you can see Cas Mut perched on the hillside above Ibiza Town. This urbanisation is one of the most sought-after and exclusive locations on the island, with spectacular panoramic views of Dalt Villa, Playa d’en Bossa and Salinas. In good weather, even Formentera can be seen from Villa Cas Mut!

The residence, which will be completed in early 2023, is spread over two floors and has an oasis of light due to the high glass façades at the front. Until October 2022 you can still influence the finish of the house, for example the colour schemes, the kitchen, etc. So you can finish the house according to your own wishes. Completion will take place in the first quarter of 2023, so you can move into the residence before the summer.
