The surroundings
This recently renovated finca is located a stone's throw from the wonderful beach of Cala Tarida. In the southwest of Ibiza is the village of Sant Josep where this property is located. This place is known for its authentic and pleasant tranquility. The area offers traditional charm partly due to the surrounding mountain landscape. Although the area has gained a lot of appeal for many visitors, it is still a traditional spot of Ibiza. As a result, old and new are perfectly intertwined. Because the sun sets on this side of the island, you can enjoy a breathtaking fairytale every evening from one of the many terraces. Within half an hour's drive you are already in Ibiza Town, where you can easily enjoy the bustling liveliness.
The villa
In 2021 this finca was transformed into a modern residence of only high quality. It is built on its own plot and has been given the shape of a half moon, which is also reflected in the construction of the accompanying swimming pool. This modern finca is spread over three floors with a total of four bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is spacious in the shape of an 'L' with an adjacent bar where you can sit for a drink. The worktop is sleek white under which vertical long wooden beams alternate, which gives the kitchen an extra special accent. The beautiful swimming pool of 24m² is made of natural stone in combination with the color turquoise, which makes it even more inviting to take a refreshing dive. The basin is surrounded by various luxurious lounge and sun beds where you can optimally enjoy the sun or shade. There are also two outdoor showers and the entire garden is equipped with various flowers, palms and fruit trees for the real Mediterranean feeling. Light colors have been used throughout the property for the look and feel, combined with the materials wood and reed. The small colorful accents incorporated in the accessories make the whole a warm and accessible home.
The outdoor spaces
What makes this finca unique are the three different terraces. There is a sun terrace with stunning sea views. This is equipped with a dining table, an outdoor kitchen and accompanied by a table football game. Slightly lower is the second terrace including an amazing barbecue fireplace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and large dining table where you can enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars for a long time. There is also a winter terrace, which can be closed with shutters when you want to. There is also a spacious dining table with matching chairs. It provides covered parking facility where two vehicles can easily be parked. Finally, wherever you stand, you will be amazed by the magnificent view over the mountains and the clear blue sea.
