The surroundings

The residence
The authentic Finca has traditional elements, such as the thick walls of almost one meter to keep the heat out and beamed ceilings. The property offers a lot of potentials and can be renovated or extended. The location is very private, with an unobstructed view over the hills and the sea. The Finca has several barns and storage areas that can all be refurbished. There is a large living room with a fireplace and the Spanish house facilitates four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
